The suspect acted alone and was killed by enforcement officers at the scene.

Essig has named a 'person of interest' in connection with the New York subway shooting that took place in rush hour on Tuesday morning. The 'person of interest' has been named as Frank James but the Police say that he is not a suspect and only wish to talk to him about his connections to the attack.
